A pure player in cybersecurity with strong expertise (ISS Governance, Technical Expertise, Audit & Pentest, E-learning, SOC, etc.), Exclusive Security is an independent firm with around sixty employees today.

Our consultants and auditors work on high added value consulting and audit assignments and on complex security issues.

In strong growth, we are recruiting many consultants with technical profiles to join our audit team but also our SOC – Cyberdefense Center division. We are also looking for consultants with a real consultancy approach to carry out ISS Governance, risk analysis or security project management missions.

Our technical teams, specializing in offensive security, are involved in intrusion testing and audit services in order to maximize the security of our customers’ Information Systems. Via our Security Lab our auditors are able to carry out tests as close as possible to real conditions and to develop their skills on a regular basis.
Whatever their profile, our employees are all supported in the passage of recognized training and certifications corresponding to their expectations (OSCP / OSCE, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CeH, PCI-DSS…).

Our HR & Managerial fundamentals

Our integration process was thus built by our consultants in order to allow everyone to feel very quickly integrated into the Exclusive Security family … and if this is not enough, as you will be able to see for yourself, you will have always one of our consultants at your side to facilitate your integration!

Managerial proximity and employee monitoring is an essential point of the Exclusive Security organization. Each Exclusive Security manager supports a relatively limited number of consultants (on average 5), which allows us to ensure real proximity. We train our managers so that they are able to support their employees throughout their career, and that they help them progress in their know-how and interpersonal skills.

The field of cybersecurity is constantly evolving and today’s businesses may no longer exist tomorrow … This state of affairs has forged the HR policy of Exclusive Security since its creation and internal mobility is an integral part of our strategy.

Rather than seeing employees leave who appreciate the Exclusive Security framework but want to change specialty, we are doing our best to allow internal developments within Exclusive Security … and there are many examples, whether they are changes in BUs or even job changes!
